Our office is a participating provider with Dental Dental Premier Plans and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas. Patients who are covered by these plans are obligated to pay any deductibles and estimated co-pays on the day of service. For all patients with insurance coverage other than those listed above, we will gladly process and file insurance claims for you, but all payments will be sent directly to you rather than to the office. Payment in full is due on the day of service.
For those patients without dental insurance: Payment in full is due on the day of service.
