Our Services

Exams: We recommend having your teeth examined every 6 months. This way, we are able to check for problems on a routine basis and correct them while they are small.

Cleanings: Having your teeth cleaned on a regular basis is an important part of your dental care. This provides a good foundation for your overall oral health.

Digital X-rays: We use computerized equipment and software to capture x-rays of your mouth and teeth. Taking x-rays is faster because the image is available within seconds and there is no waiting for film to be developed. Digital radiography is safer too; it uses 80% less radiation than conventional x-rays.

Fillings: When a tooth has decay, we remove this soft tooth structure and restore the tooth to its original shape and function with a “filling.” Different filling materials are available and we will determine the best material to use to properly restore your mouth to a healthy condition.

Crowns (Caps): When a tooth is badly broken down and has lost a majority of its structural support, a crown is indicated. With a crown, we are able to cover and protect the tooth, and restore it to its original strength and shape.

Extractions: When a tooth has severe decay or infection, it often needs to be removed. The removal of the bad tooth allows your body to heal and the infection to be eliminated.

Root Canals: When the pulp layer of a tooth becomes infected or dies, root canal therapy is indicated. Otherwise the tooth has to be removed.

Dentures and Removable Partial Dentures: There are different types of dentures, but they share a common function. They replace teeth that have become loose or have been lost due to bone loss. Dentures are fitted to go over and around whatever teeth remain in the mouth. There is an adjustment period that takes place after dentures are fitted in the mouth that may take some getting used to. But once accustomed to the dentures, all the function and appearance return and one carries on as usual.

Nightguards: A nightguard is a plastic device that fits over your top or bottom teeth and protects them from the damage caused by grinding or clenching your teeth. It is also used in the treatment of TMD (Temporo-mandibular disorder) and headaches caused by stress and clenching. A custom nightguard, made from models of your teeth, offers the best protection.

At Home Teeth Whitening: Impressions are taken of your teeth, and models are used to make a personalized whitening tray that fits tightly over your teeth. At home, you'll fill the tray with whitening gel and place the tray over your teeth, keeping it in place for several hours or overnight. Typically, you'll begin to see results in a few days.

Nitrous Oxide Sedation: We offer nitrous oxide, also called laughing gas, for its calming effect. It can make your dental visits more relaxed and enjoyable. You breathe the gas in through a small mask that covers your nose. Because there is no long lasting effects, you can safely drive after a dental appointment.
